Hairs hang from their chin,
gripping the skin with tiny fingers.

On their ends lay Es-tro-gen and
Test-os-ter-one,

Cause they’re only
a person
With a vagina

that lays awake at night,
quivering
like a dog chasing rabbits in the night
and dreaming,
of the day that it’ll
be a lightsaber
in the embrace
of the lips of a woman.
